General terms and conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions,FlyLux365 or Flylux means FlyLux365 LLC, with the registered address at [Edit].

Disputes: The exclusive means of resolving any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement, the Service, or the Website shall be BINDING ARBITRATION administered by the American Arbitration Association. You retain the right to bring an individual claim in small claims court. Class actions or representative actions are not permitted.

Ticket Conditions:

• Non-reroutable and non-transferable.

• Name changes are not allowed.

• Refunds/exchanges permitted at least 72 hours before departure, subject to a $250.00 FlyLux365 fee per person.

• Airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and service fees may not be refundable.

• No-show tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

• Tickets must be used in the issued sequence; out-of-sequence usage is not allowed.

• Recommended check-in time is a minimum of 3 hours before scheduled departure.

Important Notices:

• Federal law prohibits carrying hazardous materials aboard aircraft.

• Riskified is used to protect against fraudulent or illegal activity.

• In the event of charges by FlyLux365, the Merchant Location is FlyLux365 LLC, [Edit]

Supplier Rules and Restrictions: Additional terms apply to reservations and purchases from airline and hotel suppliers. Comply with supplier terms regarding payment, availability, and use of fares, products, or services.

Liability Disclaimer: Carriers, hotels, and suppliers are independent contractors. The company is not liable for their acts, errors, or negligence. No liability for delays, cancellations, or other causes beyond direct control.

Compensation Services: Consent to receive compensation services calls, messages, and/or emails from FlyLux365. Opt-out available.

Credit Card Chargebacks: Dispute charges directly with FlyLux365 before initiating chargebacks. Chargeback scenarios are subject to investigation, and improper chargebacks may result in fees.

Service Appreciation: Customers may add an extra amount to appreciate agent service. The amount is non-refundable.

Vouchers: Vouchers may be issued for promotions or appreciation. Voucher terms are set forth on the face and must be reviewed before acceptance.

Minor Travel: Rules for minor travel vary by airline. Verify requirements with airlines before purchasing a ticket. FlyLux365 is not responsible for denied boarding due to unmet airline requirements.
